2. Description of Service

Connect The Dots is a Quran memorization management platform that provides tools for tracking student progress, evaluating recitation, scheduling sessions, and generating reports. The Platform is designed for parents, Quran circles (Halaqat), and schools/institutes.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose of Quran education management. You shall not misuse the Platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with other users' accounts, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for all content you submit to the Platform.

5. Subscription & Payments

The Platform offers different subscription plans (Parents, Quran Circle, School/Institute). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting the data of all users, especially student information. We do not sell personal data to third parties. 7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including design, text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Connect The Dots and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
